Why doing it?

Today it has been proven repeatedly that meditation has positive effects upon our state of being and helps us to deal better with our psychological stresses.

It has even been demonstrated that meditation in the long run, just to name a few:

  • alters brain-structures, hence, behavioral attitudes;
  • decreases the amount of gray matter in parts of the amygdala and blood pressure;
  • decreases the production of Alpha-waves in the brain which helps us to reduce anger, tension and sadness.

This is why meditation allows us to mold our behavioral attitudes, through introspection, spiritual alignment with GOD and a correct understanding of Nature and Self, such to become better participants of the Baracracy.

Godinci is therefore assessing and developing suitable alignment techniques that are fully in conformity with the principles of Harmonation.
